1) Your Rights Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
Nothing in this Policy limits your rights under the ACL. You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, re-supply or refund where goods or services fail to meet a consumer guarantee (e.g., major failure, not as described). The guarantees apply in addition to the voluntary benefits offered below.
2) What This Policy Covers
This Policy applies to purchases made directly from Bramharishi.org:
Digital Products (Pre-Recorded): courses, audios, videos, downloads.
Bookings: in-person or online 1:1 sessions with Bramharishi.
Personal or Group Coaching Programs: high-touch, live or hybrid programs (including mentorships and group cohorts).
If you purchased via a third-party platform/marketplace, their terms may apply and you may need to request a refund through that platform.
3) Digital Products (Pre-Recorded) — 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a no-questions-asked 7-day money-back guarantee on all pre-recorded digital products.
How to apply: Email [email protected] within 7 calendar days of purchase with your order email and receipt.
Outcome: We will process an eligible refund to your original payment method.
Timing: Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear (gateway/bank processing times vary).
Access: On approval of a refund, your licence/access to the refunded product will be revoked.
This voluntary guarantee is in addition to your ACL rights.
4) In-Person or Online Bookings with Bramharishi — 24-Hour Rule
100% refundable (or reschedulable) only if you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time (AEST/AEDT – Melbourne time).
Within 24 hours / No-shows: Fees are non-refundable and rescheduling is not guaranteed. At our discretion, we may offer a one-time courtesy reschedule.
How to cancel/reschedule: Email [email protected] with your booking details. Your request is effective when we receive it.
5) Personal or Group Coaching Programs — Discretionary Refunds
Our coaching and higher-level programs require your full commitment.
Refunds are at our sole discretion, subject always to the ACL.
By enrolling, you acknowledge that requesting a discretionary refund may constitute a breach of your program commitment, and we reserve the right to refuse refunds.
Where the ACL requires a remedy (e.g., services not supplied with due care and skill), we will provide the appropriate remedy.
Installments & payment plans: All scheduled payments remain due unless a discretionary remedy is granted or an ACL remedy applies.
6) How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

Full name and purchase email
Order number / receipt
Product or program name
Brief reason (optional for digital 7-day guarantee; helpful for support)
We may request reasonable additional information to verify your purchase.
7) Processing, Method & Fees
Refunds (where approved) are returned to the original payment method only.
We do not charge “restocking” or administrative fees for ACL-required refunds.
For voluntary refunds (e.g., the 7-day digital guarantee), we refund the purchase price paid; optional add-ons or third-party costs may be excluded if already consumed or non-recoverable.
Currency conversion/bank charges are outside our control.
8) Access, Results & Conduct
On refunds, access to relevant portals, communities, or materials may be revoked.
We do not promise specific income or life results; outcomes depend on many personal factors. This does not limit ACL guarantees regarding due care and skill.
We may suspend or terminate participation (with appropriate remedy where required by law) for breaches of our Terms, community guidelines, or unlawful
conduct.
9) Late, Failed, or Duplicate Charges
If you believe you were charged in error (e.g., duplicate billing), contact us at [email protected] promptly. We’ll investigate and correct any mistake. Please avoid initiating a chargeback before giving us an opportunity to assist; doing so may delay resolution.
10) Events Outside Our Control
If circumstances beyond our reasonable control affect a session or program (e.g., illness, platform outage), we will reschedule or provide an equivalent remedy. If we cancel without offering a reasonable alternative, you will receive a full refund for the affected service, in addition to any ACL entitlements.
11) Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes apply to purchases made after the new effective date. Your statutory rights under the ACL remain unaffected.
